I found that ebay listing. It says they are made in Japan.
Unfortunate, possibly open pilot screws more to compensate for smaller jets? On the vt1100c I opened the exhaust a bit by drilling baffles, and as it was sluggish off idle before mods I increased pilot size one, and mains one size also. Much better response and plugs look good. On old bikes I recall getting miniature drill bits and enlarging jets by hand, pilots are very tiny tho,,,
Just searched ebay for wire size drill bits, many sets available, not too expensive. Would be a painstaking job but possible if correct size is available, I've seen some very small bits,,,,,,
Definitely possible,,, if done that way one could take indexed bits and find bit that just fits undersized jet, then carefully hand drill with next size. Possibly a dab of oil on bit would make cutting easier, but bits are steel and jet softer brass so it might go relatively easily. Just no forcing as a tiny bit could break easily. A micrometer would confirm size of bit used for enlargement, as jets are sized by metric equivalent I think. Then again, just opening pilot screws farther will allow more fuel into idle passages also.
Just looked, see a size 45 jet of similar configuration, don't know exact dimensions but listed for Kehin carbs, 11$ each, didn't look at shipping.
