Best valve stem seals for non turbo CX650, and tips for changing them.

Does anyone have any suggestions for good quality valve stem seals for a non turbo CX650E? I have seen a few options (some available in UK, others seem US only). Looking for quality over price.
And has anyone managed to change them in situ using the old rope in the cylinder trick? That plug is deep in the head and only ever done it on ones where plug comes put the side of the head.
Failing that, are any adaptors available to allow use of a compressor.

Some time ago, there was a member hawking high end valve seals, but I don't recall who it was. Does anyone remember?
