I'm not even sure what to say about this except for the fact the gas tank is on backwards, its an automatic and it has 3/4 of a million miles on it?

One way to get around handle bars hitting the tank, mileage I suspect is a miss print , but if is true someone has done an amasing job of keeping his/her bike clean ,want to know there secret.

Simple. Every 40 years or so you take it apart, clean it up and re-paint everything.
Re the backwards tank, maybe they thought it looked more like a modern sport bike that way. Personally, I think it would have to be amazingly uncomfortable between having your legs spread far enough for the fat end of the tank and the back breaking handlebars. But what do you expect from someone that doesn't understand why bikes need different size tires at each end?

Didn't think about the handle bar angle of putting it on backwards... :D

I thought about the tank being wide where your legs go, kind of why tanks are made the way they are, right?

Come on Bob, you know function always has to follow form when building a bike? Who wants to ride it anyway...

I see Murray's carbs and a reinforced swing arm.Nice. Perhaps the 400EX refers to the fact that this is his 400th Experimental bike build? :D

With a few more mods it could be rideable,,,;) the price I see is encouraging tho,, mine must be worth close to the value listed on Kelly blue book,,, and I ride it safely and in relative comfort,, the gas tank kills me on that bike,,,?

Or is the mini in Wyn post a Chaing Jang? I give up! Back to yard work for a while,, use my one wheel leaf hauler, new urethane foam tire from ebay, no more flat tire, ever,,,?

Too windy for raking,,, the wheelbarrow tire is awesome though, no fossil fuel required to move the beast, some necessary for making the new wheel, and distillation of the Irish whiskey needed to operate,,,, no worry about getting a moving violation either, unless I start singing auld lang sine,,,, thanks for the humor folks, things can get grim if one dwells on problems instead of solutions,, peace?

Smile in the face of Adversity, it might kick yer ass if it sees vulnerability in your expression. Keep calm, carry on? Keep on keeping on,,, all of that and more,,, ride safe, be free!

That 400EX thing has been bugging me for some time now.
Can't recall which (Marketplace, CraigsList, Ebay) but anyone who browses the onlines might have noticed that a great number of assorted Hondas show up with the 400EX identification, which is actually an ATC four-wheeler!
I've even had some owners/sellers get irate w me for pointing this out to them.
