As I work through my electrical system on my GL500I, I have a couple of puzzles I cannot seem to figure out. As the photos show, I have a light Green/Red wire with a female disconnect open. I also have a wire from inside the rear engine cover not connected. Where do these two wire's mating wires come from?

P.S. figured out the bottom designated wire in the right photo.

The one with the rubber boot goes to the neutral light on rear right under the back of the motor. The other two will join together. I can't see the colour of the upper wire in the second photo but as it emerges with the stator wire this should be the engine end of the neutral wire and will plug to the wire in the first photo.

Thank you very much! I kind of suspected that, but since I installed the new stator, the color code from the engine side is gone (I had to replace that wire). Appreciate the help, Phreak!
