Again, Hello Again Forum,



I have been meaning to ask this and didn't want to post it with my cry for parts help in my other post.



I've been thinking about the small tanks used on the CX Customs. In my eye the CX looks somewhat similar to a Guzzi in basic design. So, I got to thinking, why not use a tank designed like theirs for those of us who like to go a ways before having to stop to fuel up.



Has anyone ever considered this or even tried one on just for shits and giggles? Maybe a Suki Bandit tank or some other Euro-Touring type of tank?



I love the SUPERTANKER but not all of us have the time or patience to build on of those.



Here's hoping someone has been doing this and keeping it a secret....

the Deluxe tank is 5 gallons, what capacity are you looking for?

Just cut a deluxe tank and the front "ears". Wasn't hard.

Using the deluxe tank is the easiest mod.



The problem is finding other tanks that you can easily try on your bike. A guzzi tank would be nice. Only god knows how much it would cost and if it would work.
