Change all fluids, replace the brakes if they don't stop well. I get tires from Motorcycle Superstore online and batteries can be found at walmart or better places depending on price you want to pay.

Bridgestone Spitfire S11. Nicest tires I have ever owned. Should get 14,000 miles on the rear but I'm pretty close to that on mine and it still looks near new.
