Pics of your latest outing belong on any garage wall. Post pics of your bike on the latest ride.
The weather's been perfect for riding around here, a small solo escape around the 'burbs today:
A small corner of Thoreau's Walden Pond:
This serene shot is the middle of a huge industrial area off of old Route 9 near Framingham, MA. It's actually a truck turn around cut into the woods surrounding the industrial park, rode for miles past all the empty parking lots and buildings, come Tuesday it'll be business as usual:
Single room schoolhouse built in 1768, Brookline, MA:
The Larz Anderson Estate Carriage House, Brookline, MA:
The horse feed storage at the Larz Estate:
The land and estate were donated to the town by the Andersons, in their INFINITE wisdom, the town tore down the main mansion (which was set on the highest point of the estate) in 1955 so they could make a scenic parking area.
Judging by the carriage house, I can image what the main house must have been like!
