The weather's been perfect for riding around here, a small solo escape around the 'burbs today:

This serene shot is the middle of a huge industrial area off of old Route 9 near Framingham, MA. It's actually a truck turn around cut into the woods surrounding the industrial park, rode for miles past all the empty parking lots and buildings, come Tuesday it'll be business as usual:

The land and estate were donated to the town by the Andersons, in their INFINITE wisdom, the town tore down the main mansion (which was set on the highest point of the estate) in 1955 so they could make a scenic parking area.

Judging by the carriage house, I can image what the main house must have been like!

My twisted twin took me to the Ephrata First Sunday rally this morning, where I met up with a few other members then we went to lunch afterwards. Had a great time.

Well I didn't take any pictures of my bike but I put on 70 miles and then hit up the harley museum to see the ghost of Evel.

But walden is somewhere in my living room right now. Bought it for 99 cents and Melody has been reading it.

Well, just around the block today.. i still have no mirrors or signals from a fall in the driveway caused by one large furry critter... but the last place i went was riding around the middle of no where in the burlington area of CT. There i found a trail(I forget what it was)and it had this old mill foundation by a river. was pretty neat...

And here's the large fuzzy critter to blame... just mere SECONDS before she saw something, likely shiny, and dove off the bike at full speed, kicking it backwards.

On a delightful note, i think my dog might be interested in going for a ride!

she's gorgeous! I'd never take Gunner for a ride, or let him near my bike.... cats, squirrels, or a R-A-B-B-I-T (he knows that word so we have to spell it) and he takes off like a bat outta hades!

i know that feeling with abby if she see's a cop with a gun she goes bat sh&t crazy and also peddle bikes (she was ran over once by one) she has a nasty scar from the sprocket on a peddle bike we got her from one of my old jobs 2 and a half yrs ago they po of abby couldnt keep her and he was tired of people taking her and beating her so i took her home for my wife as a guard dog at night sense i was working 12hr graveyard shifts....

So, um, my maybe new twisted twin took me to the bank to pull out some $ in case the lady answers her phone. The GL took me to the Caswell website ..... does that count??
