Yep, plus they'll change your gas mileage a little since you're going from a 16 to 18 inch rim.

Actually some added info. It will change your rpm and possibly gas mileage a bit due to the fact that the 16 inch rim/wheel combination is wider and there is a clearance issue issue on putting a tire wider or taller than a 130/90 16 due to the curve of the swing arm.
The tire on the 18 inch rim is narrower and can fit higher up into the curve of the swing arm. The tire isn't all that much bigger but it's all about circumference.
