What kind? Picture?



My Hondaline ones are a snug fit but they will be persuaded.

Same as mine. Should come off with a little jenga action. Unless they're a little bent, which kind of looks to be the case. The two bars should be parallel.

I have patterns , non Honda OEM , and they remove without touching exhaust.

Need to see what type of bars you have... Pulling the header pipes aren't usually that hard, just take the nuts off the front of the heads, loosen the 2 nuts on the H-box, and take a dead blow hammer and smack the head pipe, and it should come off. You can use any non-metal hammer without damaging it at all.

Probably just a matter of removing the bolts and twist.



I have the same ones on my bike but didn't put them on and the bike is in the garage so I cant check at the moment.

Crash bars don't come off without taken off the exhaust?


Pretty sure it is the other way around,,exhaust pipe won't come off with removing the crash bar.



Looking at that pic I wonder if maybe your crash bar is bent slightly, the top one looks like it may be bent down a bit.
