Bike: ‘81 cx500, Ignitech with rae san flux capacitor and silver spiny thing. Murray’s round slides. Brass rod mod. Resistor plugs. DRZ 400 coil

Problem; although my bike runs well most of the time. There is an issue after warm up where I sit at the lights in neutral, SLOWLY open the throttle and it feels like one cylinder revs up while the other one kind of “fluffs” until I’m giving it a proper handful and the both rev well. The bike is dynamite when it’s opened up and quite frankly I don’t know why I’m pulling my hair out over this. It’s just this little stumbling period right off the lights.

Coils heating up?
Rust from the tank not being caught by the screen filter?
