Hey guys.

Currently doing the triple bypass on my 79 cx500 , water pump dowels did were siezed on bolts so got a bit torn up and bent went getting them out , looking too see if there is a part number or anyone have some laying around , also need piston rings , I know oem are very hard to find , what’s every using ? Thanks everyone.

You should be able to find the part numbers on your favourite Honda dealer's website. I don't know about the rings but the dowel pins were used in a lot of engines so they should still be available.
In fact, whenever I'm going to take an engine apart I look up how many of each size dowel pin and cooling system collar it takes, check what I have on hand and order enough that I could replace them all if necessary (I seldom need to replace more than half, which is why I always have some new ones hanging on the wall).
