An update on the voltage monitor led light. Outside in the sun the light isn't distracting at all. It doesn't glow like the idiot lights. It seems like it's more at 1/2 power or less. But when the red comes on it's clearly visible over the other colors so you know when you're in trouble.

I think Dave's unit costs $40+ and it has a slim box attached to it that you have to hide. This newer device is small like and easy to mount anywhere without a bundle of wires.



Looks like the price dropped since the last time I looked.
