I just noticed this on a UK based auction being held this weekend, June 25, 2021. Follow the link below to se a few photo's of what looks like a very well built CX500 3 wheeled car, similar to a Morgan... (Although you could try and buy a new, real Morgan 3 wheeler for around $60,000...)

Thanks!! Amazing to think the Austin sold for over US$25,000!! I doubt that this kit car will reach that high!!

Interestingly, the 3 wheel Morgan may still be available, and might be street legal even without modern touches and safety devices required of cars these days... A steal at about £40,000 (US$55,000), although it does come with an S&S 2 liter engine....

I have a JZR with the CX650 engine. The blue car looks very nice and should bring top money. I have seen running/driving cars sell for as little at $4,000 and top quality cars bring in the mid 20K range. There are so few JZR's in the US, it is hard to get an accurate price range.

Looking at the auction site, they have not yet reached this Lot #, so there's still time to bid on this!!

The auction is on Saturday June 26th, 2021.

This is Lot # 960. As of Friday they had reached Lot #744....

Yeah, sold for a rather reasonable £8.5k plus fees (about an extra 20%); still good. That’s a lot of fun for the money.

That's a very good price, even considering auction fees. In the US, I believe it would have brought in the high teens.
