Turbo activating alerts

Hey Folks, I have managed to get the bike to run and idle very smoothly. I disconnected the P2 harness and pluged it up again. Bike started on a dime vrooom! While bike is idle no computer alarms

or System Fuel lamp on. Nice. However, if I accelerate the bike, the fuel system comes on. and W01 appears on the computer. My question, I suspect the waste gat BUT, the Turbo display

is not maxed out as it should when this happens. Did I mention the bike is now at an altitude of 12000 feet above sea level or 3600m asl.
