Ok long story short i disasembled entire engine and replaced pistons,reinstalled all parts and bike will not shift into nuetral, so i disasembled again, removed transmision and made sure i placed it into nuetral before installing, i mounted back into frame and shifted into first and cannot get it to go back into nuetral, it seems to go into every gear except nuetral need help please.

Welcome to the forum.
Did you make sure the teeth of the shifter shaft and the gear changer are lined up? It's not uncommon for them to be installed out of alignment. It's easy for the teeth to fall out of alignment as you put the rear case cover on if it's pulled back a bit while trying to get it to go on straight.
