Thanks! Flames are on the way- bought some saddlebags too.... luggage rack is en route as I type, and something for a little coverage behind the passenger seat is something else I need to think about

I'm pretty excited!! Pink and silver flames- left side fairing pocket cover will be pink (it's made, just have been flattening it out so the snaps are in exactly the right place). I have been busy with football lately so my blog has been lacking- and figured I'd post a couple pics of the before, during the seat modification, and most recent. NOBODY here (in my area or at work) knows what bike I have by looking at the recent pics- and everybody who saw it when I was riding it into work says it looks way different, like a completely different bike! I don't know about that, maybe a lean, mean cruising machine instead of an old tired bike. I can always go back to the original seat if need be or if I want to (I don't want to)- so I'm figuring out what I wanna do with the parts and pieces I don't want (trying to imagine if I'll ever want them)- it's nothing major though as far as parts go- the seats (front and rear, and the front seat definately needs to be redone), the plastic HONDAs that were on the fairing (keeping the heavier ones on the tank), and the plastic SilverWings from the side covers. Those are the list of probably won't want.... undecided if I want to keep the helmet holders, I originally said I didn't want to keep them, Troy thinks I should and I've been thinking about it- just might keep those. All sorts of decisions!

ahh i see i am still thinking about a new color for my bike and i like the idea of ghost flames but i am not to sure on how to do it any ideas??

nope. I know what I like. I like the color of your bike- wouldn't change it. Knew what I wanted to do to my bike within the first 45 seconds of seeing it. Have had other bike ideas, but I'm of the mind *if it ain't broke.....*

well theres a few issues with my paint job.....thats why i am getting a new one its metallic gray and i was thinking about ghost flames but i am not to sure how i am also going to be putting on some neon lights that are green in color

yup. seen them. Looking for white lights for mine. Looking for the ones that go on your tire- motion activated. IDK.... lots I want to do- bf wants garage space back, but never does anything in the garage..... just a storage space for dust for him. If I had the patience, I'd like to have it all taken apart and re-do electrical.

they sell those at walmart for like 5 bucks look in the kids bikes area and they should have them i think they are called fire flyz or something around that name...

Not quite the same. I've seen them for motorcycles- brighter, but usually in blue, green, or red. I have/ want none of those colors, so I'm looking for white.

Those things, at least the tire flyz or whatever they are called really wear out the valve stems quickly.
