I have made some Turbo Testing Tools, which included a 3-wire harness. It was very simple, and basically it's a wiring extension that connects in between the bike's harness and the sensor, one end has male spade connectors, the other end has female spade connectors. One installed, you can easily use your multi-meter probes to test it with key-on, key-off, and running. Here is a photo-bucket link showing the one I made.
