Yet another twisted twin snatched from the clutches of death. Reminds me of one of my favorite Bible verses:

1 Corinthians 15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?

had a spare bit of time this week.got the calipers sorted.

got to a stage, wanted to see if it would fire up.didnt want to refit everything, and then have to take it all off again.

connected up the battery, connected it up to a dummy tank a small squirt of brake cleaner into the airfilter and ignition, fired up first time.

painting the tank etc next, bleed the brakes and probably a bit of electric trouble shooting.

but,at least the engine sounds sweet.

i bodged up a video and sent the shep.ill try again momday.

Is that the basket case you picked up a while ago??

If so, post a before pic too, if it's the same "bike", there's no way to do justice to the transformation without a before picture.

If it is the same bike, you should change your status from "Grand Nagus" to "Lazarus" under your avatar.
