It appears that my high speed stator pickup is not functioning properly. I have an Ignatech and replaced the stock stator with a direct replacement type. What are my options for solving this problem?

Are there aftermarket pickups? Can these be eliminated with any aftermarket parts?

Thanks.

It appears You are talking about the two half moon shaped coils around the rotor

Or the coils on the little round plate behind the flat steel cover ??

The two half moon coils around the stator. The advance pulser coils are not required with the ignatech.

The Rae-San Hall effect system eliminates the need for the pickups as well as the pulser coils. Requires only the charging coils in the stator to keep the battery up to snuff.
