I finally decided to unload my shaved 500T seat.

I never measured it, but it feels 1.5"-2" shorter than stock.

Good foam padding, I've ridden on it all day long many times, 125-150 mile trips.



Professionally shortened and upholstered. It has a couple of very minor spots that my bird got to that did not penetrate the vinyl (just took a little off the top), and one very small tear in the rear.



I'm going to repair the damage before I sell it, I'm looking for $100.00 + shipping from a forum member. If no interest, I'll list it on e-bay.

So, one last chance. . . if your turbo is too tall for you, this is the answer. Already shaved, professionally recovered, and you can keep your OEM seat in case you ever decide to sell.

Try to find ANYONE who will shave, re-foam, and custom cut and sew a vinyl cover for your seat for that.
