I know after I was in an accident in '95 I was was overcautious for a couple of years ... but I wasn't to the point of having dreams about it or anything, but this may have helped me.

Sounds useful.

Lack of confidence can be as dangerous as over confidence.

It would be nice if something like that was in the public domain (free).
