Found on Ebay a reasonable priced CDI unit ( CX500TC )

It doesn't say Turbo but it has the MC7 number - three connectors ! and the TID12-05 code

That's strange because of the 9 Turbo CDI units on sale on ebay now, on 5 of them you can read the TID code !

That's true, but he is not claiming it to be a Turbo unit

and that explains the price

A normally aspirated CX500 CDI unit has TWO connectors and two flying leads with single bullet connectors each,and has a "14" in the code number.

Well what I forgot to tell was that there were 2 units for sale...........



I bought one and received it this weekend . It was plug and play the unit workt just fine.

Not bad for 45 US dollar ( including shipping across the Atlantic )
