people certainly have put Windjammers on their CX's before. By "proper mount" do you mean you already have the windjammer mounting hardware on your bike?
Working on getting correct, fairing mount for my cx and the windjammer is down the block from my house, this guy wants 20 beans in real good shape but not sure if he knows what its from waiting on reply hell for 20 bucks i would sit on it for a while why i obtained the mount
Ah thank you blindstitch, if i cant locate this bracket i may have to settle for just a windshield which will be glorious in itself. thanks guys for the info.
Unless you have plan on adding stuff like a radio I would just look for a plexistar 2 or similar windshield. That's what I have and like it. 1 minute on and 30 seconds to remove it. That is after you figure out exactly how the brackets have to be.
Very true, i am more looking at the aerodynamic part and shileding from so much wind. I am thinking a shield will do the job and less likely to and a bunch of weight to the front end.
Brackets aren't that hard to find, just make sure and go over the wiring and make sure it's there. The Windjammer has integrated turn signals and horns, and when it's all hooked up it was stuffed into a faux bull scrotum (as Phil calls it) that looks like a birds nest inside. Make sure you get bike side of the harness connector with the fairing, saves lots of time when installing.
