Sorry, I got my conversion wrong.
I recall having an extra washer when reassembling my 650 transmission. I had to start over to find it's proper place.

Just a thought, could it have some sort of diode? And measuring resistance in the other direction will give a different number? Though I think randomness says I've already done this.www.cx500forum.com
