My son is working on a CB350 and needs some cam shims, part # 5 in thisdiagram, and these are the same for a 350 and a 450. Honda says they are not available any more. Any idea where we can find a couple? He and I both are ready to ride and this is holding up his project. Thanx in advance for your help!!!!

Is there anything special about them which precludes using a shim from a kit? Check with general motorcycle parts vendors and look up cam shim kits, bet they have something in there that he can use. Any bike shop worth it's salt should have a shipload of them for you to match it up.

Just to confirm, #5 is a "camshaft spacer"





I was thinking they would be like the 'bucket shims' on my cb750k.

Yep I guess spacer would be closer to correct. He has 1 but the other is broken, so we may have to try the match it up routine.
