Yes, but only after you drop the engine and remove the rear cover. Replace the o-ring the next time that you have a reason to drop the engine and open it to repair something else.
Clean the area around the bolt and then apply some RTV to make a seal for the time being. Repeat every time that you adjust the timing chain tension.
