Hi all. I just signed up and I'll be the proud owner of an 81 CX500 this coming saturday.



I'm looking for info on a particular seat. Does anyone know what this is?

well I think I found it. Believe it or not I'm about 99% sure that it's a HD V-Rod seat. Weird. I wonder how hard it was to mount up...

The angles don't look right- looks like the V-Rod seat isn't deep enough and/ or it comes up more sharply in the back



IDK, I've been wrong before, it looks close though

Looks like the v rod seat. The question is what year did he use. Probably doesn't matter since most have flat plastic seat pans.
