Although the GL500s we have a great for single riding, my wife and I love to ride together - and it is a little cramped. We have been looking for a GoldWing, and finally found one last night. It is a '83 GL1100 Interstate. It needs some carb work, but it came complete with everything. Will probably start working on it this week.

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately, it is just sitting right now - not enough money to fix it yet! The carbs were SUPPOSED to be rebuilt, but I know that it is leaking out the front left carb when it is running. It won't idle yet, so I am first going to do a compression test on the motor and then fix the leaking carb problem. I will then need to set the idle up higher so it will run, sync the carbs, set the idle back down to 950 and then re-sync the carbs again. That is the plan anyway!
