I feel when a project bike starts out so crusty and the revival is being so exhaustive, any progress no matter how small or slow in coming is post worthy. Maybe its just me. Slow when there are so many other steeds in the stable that need care taking. First world problems, right?
So took my newly cleaned and stripped radiator, fins as straight as my picking could get them, and gave her a fresh coat of high temp paint. Also finally got the front brake working! Yay, happiness is a stiff lever. Had to take it all back apart, really clean well the bore and made sure the tiny orifi had clarity. Also replaced the caliper bleeder, and with the upgraded braided line it feels as good or better than when new in 78. (I assume.)
