so i have a 1979 cx500d and it needs the water pump mechanical seal, i have read here about people using the yamaha seal, but i need to know for sure this one will work on mine since honda changed the part numbers a bunch of times. i have e-mailed georgefixx on e-bay and he doesnt offer one for mine. please help
