Hi Chris,

Yes there are O-rings at the end of that tube and the fuel cross tube. Sounds like it's actually the fuel cross tube since it's leaking when you turned the fuel on. The accelerator pump tube is only in action just after you turn the throttle when the pump pumps fuel.



In order to fix it you will need to pull the carbs and split them apart to change the O-rings. It unfortunately will require balancing the carbs again after you put them back together. Sounds like a good time to do a good cleaning while you are at it.
