It's on the right handlebar controls so I'm not sure what you mean.

Do you mean the new cluster and headlight don't have the wiring for the switches?

There is no headlight off switch on any North American CX/GL.

Bandit just did a mod to his bike so he could shut off his headlight.

The headlight should go out when you press the starter button and come back on when you release it.

It is a safety feature so you will always have a headlight on,,just like cars all have daytime running lights.

Sorry about that. he possibility that you had been robbed of the right to headlight determination occured to me after I posted.

At least here we still retain a bare shred of our liberty.

I beleive THEY are working on that last shred though.

It just Dims out

No i dont have the Highs on. The horns on these bikes are obnoxious as hell!!

My car doesnt have those, i didnt know that haha, i dont have any cars newer than 1986 so maybe thats just me?

19 year old kid that thinks in the older days they actually made things to last, what a concept.

Speaking of which have you see the new 2011-2012 Cadilacs and GMC trucks??? the Axels look like they belong on a bicycle

yet my 1986 Toyota 4x4 looks like i could crash into a brick wall multiple times and then drive another 300k miles.
