Crankcase vent. it should connect to the lower right corner of your air filter enclosure.

If I were to eliminate the air box, I would attach that hose to a T-connector. One side would go up to a filter under the seat. The other would go down below the frame, with a plug like the condensate drains from the stock air box. You'll need to empty it more frequently.

Actually two T-connectors, one to join the two hoses from the cylinder heads then the T-connector as suggested by Randall.

In the photo, it looked like they already converge.

I personally would look into an oil catch can, I just put one on my bike.
As long as it's closed, so it doesn't bypass the filter. The best approach there might be to attach the filter line to a second tap on the can.
