Stator is 5 months old bought from electrex uk g8 stator
I bought a ricks motorsports reg/rec lithium comparible and arrived today
I installed it and connect the multimeter to measure voltage
On idle was 13.7 but on 5k rpm voltage was drop around 7v

If the three yellow wires are melting at the connector, that is probably due to dirty connectors causing a high resistance. If not melted beyond repair open the connector and spray with electrical contact cleaner then reconnect and separate a couple of times.
