The switch assemblies on the handlebars are close enough that many of the parts are the same (I wouldn't want to use the left one though because it has the bulge for the turn signal cancelling solenoid). The throttle tube is a bit longer but otherwise the same.
The calipers are the same type but if it is an '83 the front ones have different size pistons because of the linked brake system (IIRC the rear matches one of them).
You have probably already realized that numerous electrical parts are the same such as the diodes, horns, solenoid, headlight, tail light &c and some others are the same except for the wire lengths & connector pinouts such as the spark units and regulator/rectifier.

Very few (if any) of the engine or cycle parts will interchange.
