Have bought a very rusty but compete GL500
It is CDI model with a single front disc brake
Chassis No GL500 1003797 Engine Number GL500E 1069808

If it's a CDI GL500, I assume it's a "GL500 Wing". Limited to your market down under, I believe. The rest of us know it as a CX500 Standard. Is there a model year noted?

Thanks It came to NZ in 1982 but I suspect it was an earlier model and has Japanese transfers on water reservoir etc so that fits It was last registered in 2002 so Im hoping the 26 000 Km might be genuine !!Thanks for the quick response
