This may have been asked before, but are you getting exhaust gases in the radiator? If you had a cracked head or block exhaust in the rad would be the most likely symptom.
Are you sure that your exhaust system is free of condensation?
I see no evidence of bubbling in the radiator. Before I had done the head gasket, the radiator would purge some coolant when cooling, and I don’t believe that to be the case anymore. I do not believe condensation to be a culprit. I may get a compression tester, just to see how the rings are doing. I believe the smoke to be white, and it certainly doesn’t smell of burning oil, but might as well check.

While I do think I fixed a coolant leak into the cylinder (spark plug is no longer coming out steam cleaned and radiator is no longer purging coolant), I definitely seem to have bad rings. Looking at 110 PSI on left cylinder and 87 on the right, hot. I appreciate all of the help thus far. It seems there were more issues than I thought.
