I just took delivery of my CX500T and the first thing I noticed pushing it into my garage was it is hard to push. On the center stand, the rear wheel turns freely for most of a rotation but binds up for the rest of the rotation. Anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this? Thank you!

Check the calipers
Might be dragging a bit and that's the reasen for it to be tough to push
take a screw driver and push the brake pads back on the rear and the front brakes
Be careful on the rear disk because the disk is thin and vented
if the calipers are sticking then they need rebuilding
Lots of rebuild kits available

I had a similar problem where it was hard to push my CX500. Turned out to be very sticky caliper pins, which required cleaning and new grease applied.
But my problem was causing uniform binding, whereas you have only at specific point of rotation.
Check if your brake disk isn't warped or dinged.
If you rule out the brakes the next cause might be in the final drive gears.
