The exhaust collector box on my bike had been removed by the previous owner leaving only the unsupported ends of the headers and the exhaust tips. I have found a few used exhaust systems, but was wondering if anyone was producing or offering new boxes?

There are reproductions being sold in Euro-land, not really worth it when you factor in shipping and cost.
You should be able to find a decent used one, these things are heafty, and a used one should still have plenty of life left in it.
There are many who have opted to just remove the H-box and run straight though to the mufflers or use a 2 into 1 exhaust. Aside from MAYBE having to rejet the carbs, I haven't seen any negative experiences posted by riders who got rid of the H-box.
