No, I don't have any. I'm putting a 78 cx500 engine in an 82 gl500 frame

I was working on GL500 intakes but nobody showed any interest and I gave up on it, you probably will need the CX500 intakes,try E-Bay .

The cx500 carb hits the frame and the gl500 carbs are closer together and won't reach both sides with cx500 boots

Now I know why you want GL500 intakes for a CX motor, I was working on replacing the rubber boots on old GL500 metal intakes but nobody had any interest at all and I gave it up and won't make any more, I found GL500 intakes on E Bay before . That takes care of the right side.. anyone know where I can find a left?

I think I have a couple of sets of GL500 intake manifolds. I’ll have a look at the condition and get back to you. They are generally super expensive on eBay for some reason.

Murray is working on intakes for the GL500.

Don't know if he is marketing them yet.

A few days ago he told me that the ones for the 650s are just about ready for market and the 500s will be next. These will be welded up metal parts that accept standard off the shelf carb spigots so when the rubber parts eventually need to be replaced it will be quick & easy.
