Hello all,

My fuel tank lid pin has been damaged ever since I bought the bike. It works fine but does not look the best. I am planning on machining a new one out of aluminum and anodizing it black to replace this one. I am having trouble removing the spring pin holding it in, wont budge.

I'll attach pictures.

any tips or tricks on getting this out would be appreciated.

Pressing down on the cylinder will remove any resistance other than from the spring pin itself. You might need three hands to do it.
