put the axle thru the wheel and tighten the 19mm, i think, axle nut: you have to put a 17mm spanner on the two flats on the axle to stop it from turing. Now look at the saddle you should see that one side has been milled away more than the other. the longer side get tightened first then the the other two can be tightened. hope that made sence
