I took off my radiator and fan so I could change out the oil pressure rings. While i was cleaning the blades I found that all of them have rubbing grooves at the same place on each one. What could they be hitting on? I checked the radiator itself and noticed that nothing looked out of place. I have been chasing what I thoguht was a tick in the right cyclinder, could this be it?

Give us a hint, - back or front of fan? How far out from the hub? Are these grooves clean or is there crud in them indicating that this may have been an issue already dealt with by a PO?
