Anyone know of a suitable replacement for the fuel tank rubber edge trim??

I used some stock I had on hand. Here is a picture. Its basically a .125 thick foam tape , 3" wide with adhesive on one side. I folded it in half so it stuck to itself. Its been holding like new for several years now. It holds its shape and color- works great.

It is car door edge trim.
You can get it at a car accessories shop.
