If yours is gummed up oh, some people have had success by putting them in a Sonic cleanser and leaving them there for several days. If yours is actually dead, good luck the 1985 Honda Civic seems like a lead.

I got two from Rockauto last December
Just checked ROCKAUTO no stock
checked Summit racing they show the pump 9513003
Checked Jegs and they show the pump

Vent on DENSO web site and the pump has been discontinued as per DENSO
If you have any luck finding one get them all

Both Jegs and Summit show the Denso 951-3003. Prices have skyrocketed (thanks FJB) to around $108. These pumps should be available until the world goes total electronic since it fits so many older Honda cars.

Summit is out of stock.
Jegs shows it will ship from manufacturer pending manufacturer availability. Denso site shows it's been discontinued.

Denso appears to be unobtainium.

The Walbro is in stock and appears the same, including the spacer foam and adapters just like the Denso.
It's $117 bucks, but in the turbo world, that's rounding error money.
