$375 + shipping. These will be built on order. Up to two week turnaround time, generally less than a week though.
You will need to source a master cylinder, and a brake line. I recommend using a pressure activated banjo bolt brake light switch to make the rear brake light functional. CBR master cylinder is what I used. Part number is the same from 1991-2014 for pretty well all of the CBR bikes.
