Are these for real? are people really paying this?

For some reason the 1/6 fetches significantly more than the 1/12.

The reason I ask, is I actually have 2 unassembled kits that came with a bike purchase I did, LOL One is a 1/6 kit and the other is a 1/12 kit. Been debating selling these separate, or including them as sort of a bonus with the bike purchase, when and if I decide to sell. Since I have multiple bikes, I do envision at some point keeping 1 and selling the others, LOL

1/12 kits on average are anywhere from $25-100 depending on availability and subject matter,rarer kits go for more and 1/6 kits are twice the size so will always be more expensive and again subject matter determines price. If it’s more rare done people will pay too much for it thinking they won’t get the chance to nab one ever again and this artificially inflates their sold price
