If I had to guess I would say 79.

yea its a 79. im from va. i just finished coating the frame with phosphoric acid to treat the rust. it pretty bad since its been sitting in someones front yard for 14 years. im painting it tomarrow, sorry i dont have any pics, cameras gone with my wife for the week. i also took a grinder to the foot pegs and painted them black, they were very rusty
