The later Standard seat covers were glued on? All the examples I've seen use stamped barbs in the seat pan. And the chrome trim is held by aluminum rivets with push nuts, rather than bolts and threads nuts.

The black tank is the earlier type that isn't really a lock, just a latch. You can turn it with anything (including the key.)
