There are a couple aftermarket options. The closest to you would be Ignitech.
Do you know that the fault is in the CDI unit, and not in the parts of the alternator that supply and trigger it? How did you determine that?

This seems good but my mehanic said i need unit with theese numbers on: TIA02- 14 (810 C). On your unit are the same numbers?

The stock CDI unit is not available as a new part. Any that you find will be used and 40 years old. Your choice, but it will be expensive and unreliable.

Your mechanic is right, but the ignitech is a replacement which is much better than the original. There are also some other options, but not with the success rate of the ignitech.
Both Randall and your mechanic are right, only Randall is more right. ;-)
